Spanning 75 acres in West Dundee, Illinois, Fox Haven will bring 183 new homes to the area, including 89 single-family homes and 94 duplexes.

Curran Contracting was contracted by Lennar to perform mass grading and soil stabilization across the site, preparing the property for the development of the future residential community.

With both scopes managed by Curran’s own teams, the work can move seamlessly from stabilization to grading as the site progresses. This self-perform approach allows Curran to maintain direct oversight of the work while giving Lennar greater coordination and accountability throughout the development.

From initial site preparation through the continued development of Fox Haven, Curran is bringing multiple scopes together under one team, strengthening our partnership with Lennar and helping keep the project on track.

Amazon Distribution Center – Kenosha

Wind Farm

Long Grove Shopping Center
