On Saturday, October 7th, 2023, at Hopkins Park in DeKalb, Illinois, join us in walking side-by-side with one another to strongly send the message that suicide is preventable and that no one is alone.

Out of the Darkness™ walk is AFSP’s signature event that brings more than 400 communities nationwide together. These community walks, across the country, are the core of the Out of the Darkness movement, which began in 2004.
