Bio: Jason Recob, President of Curran Contracting, brings over two decades of experience in construction management. With a career focused on mentoring teams and driving growth, Jason is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the industry.

As President, Jason emphasizes strategic growth, operational excellence, and empowering employees to reach their full potential. His leadership is centered on building strong client relationships and delivering projects that exceed expectations.

Prior to joining Curran, Jason served as Senior Vice President of Project Management at Miron Construction, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing major projects and mentoring future leaders. His efforts contributed significantly to the company’s growth and operational efficiencies.

Jason’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. His credentials also include LEED AP BD+C certification, reflecting his commitment to sustainable building practices.

A strong advocate for professional development, Jason has led initiatives to cultivate the next generation of construction leaders. He believes that leadership is about connecting through relationships and investing in others’ success, values that continue to guide him at Curran Contracting.

Jason’s leadership philosophy is inspired by a quote from Gandhi, “Be the change you want to see,” and his daughter’s youthful insight that has stuck with him for many years to “Be you,” guiding his authentic and visionary approach in the ever-evolving construction industry.  His passion for leadership stems from his belief that empowering people and fostering collaboration are the vital components of any successful business. This personal philosophy aligns seamlessly with Curran’s mission.

Hobbies: Jason loves spending his downtime with his wife, Amy, their four children, and new daughter-in-law. He’s also a fitness enthusiast, an avid reader, and enjoys the thrill of riding his motorcycle—passions that fuel his energy and focus at work.
