Jason Bauer Receives 2023 ASA Young Professionals Award
Congratulations to Jason Bauer for receiving the 2023 ASA Chicago’s Stars Are Shining Young Professionals award.
Jason is a graduate of Illinois State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He began his construction career with F.H. Paschen as a Project Engineer, joined Curran Contracting Company in 2019 as a Project Engineer, and has since been promoted to his current role as Safety Coordinator.
As Curran’s representative at ASA Chicago, Jason is actively involved with the NextGen committee where he supports their mission to bridge the gap between generations. You will often find Jason participating in many of ASA Chicago’s events throughout the year. He also is a member of the ASA Safety and Insurance Committee, where Jason’s self-drive, contagious energy, and passion serves him well in advocating safety in all aspects of the construction industry.
Jason’s zest for life can be found on and off the jobsite. He enjoys the hands-on training which allows him to connect with field personnel by expressing his true concerns and knowledge for safety awareness. In his personal time, you will quickly learn that he has a passion for the outdoors and staying active. As an accomplished runner, he has competed in road races and triathlons across the nation.
Jason’s enthusiasm for learning new things and growing professionally will be an asset for his future in the construction industry
