Bio: Mike began working at G.A. Blocker at 14, sweeping floors and cleaning parts. He learned from mechanics and, once old enough, did part runs and helped with maintenance. He eventually operated equipment, gaining valuable experience.

During college, Mike studied civil engineering and surveying while working summers. After graduation, he became a foreman, learned from experienced colleagues, and operated drones for surveys. He combined these skills with drafting knowledge to become a primary drone pilot and survey technician, assisting with take-offs, 3D modeling, drone surveys, and GPS maintenance.

Now, as Operations Manager, Mike continues these tasks along with managerial responsibilities.
