Bio: Jairus serves as Chief Estimator at Curran Contracting, bringing 19 years of experience with the company and a deep understanding of its operations, projects, and clients. In his role, he leads all estimating efforts, overseeing public bid and funded projects as well as asphalt paving bids, helping drive strategic growth and project success.

He began his career at Curran as an Engineering Technician supporting the paving division and steadily advanced through roles in estimating and project management. Over the years, Jairus has built extensive expertise managing all phases of roadway, heavy civil, demolition, and asphalt paving projects for a wide range of clients, including IDOT, IDOA, ISTHA, the U.S. Department of the Navy, and local municipalities.

Jairus is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to teamwork, fostering a positive environment while consistently delivering results.

He holds an Associate Degree in Construction Management Technology from the College of Lake County.

Outside of work, Jairus enjoys traveling with his wife and three children, spending time boating, and staying active at CrossFit.
