Bio: Chet is a Senior Estimator in the excavation division at Curran Contracting. His career in excavation and mass earthwork began 24 years ago as a laborer-operator, a job he took to fund his college education. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University.

Over the years, Chet has held various positions, starting as a laborer-operator and progressing to roles in the office, including Senior Estimator and Project Manager. His passion for estimating earthwork projects has been a constant throughout his career and continues to drive him today.
