Project Description

Krusinski Construction contracted the Curran team to repurpose existing buildings and hardscape in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The scope of work included removing the aging HMA and concrete to prepare for infrastructure improvements on this 15 acre site. The design included two bio-retention ponds, “rain gardens”, and permeable pavers which were installed to facilitate storm water filtration. Curran Contracting self-performed all excavation and managed the site subcontractors including water, sewer and landscaping.
